About Phillip Baker Ministries

Launched in 2003, Phillip Baker Ministries (PBM) functions to impact and increase the local Church by desperately following the leadings of the Holy Spirit and training up leaders in the church. About Phillip Baker

  • 1990 Graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
  • Youth and Children’s Pastor in Magnolia, Arkansas from 1990 to 1994.
  • Ministry Director and Director of the Leadership Training Course at Burchfield Ministries and Faculty of Texas Bible Institute in Columbus, Texas from 1994 to 2003.
  • June 2003 – Phillip and Laura launch Phillip Baker Ministries
